The workspace ledger retired its release item type, so a release now files nothing. The /release skill's note on follow-ups now says to file work that waits on this version with ledger new --after-release mthds-python@X.Y.Z, which makes it ready by itself once the release tag lands, instead of filing it alongside a release item.
