Add bump-version script and improve reload script

Summary

  • Add scripts/bump-version.sh for automated version management (major/minor/patch)
  • Improve scripts/reload.sh with better process management and GhosttyKit rebuild detection

Test plan

  • Run ./scripts/bump-version.sh with no args (dry run)
  • Run ./scripts/reload.sh to verify app reload works
