https://github.com/manaflow-ai/cmux/commit/d3b0909ecd grew Packages/CMUXAgentLaunch/Sources/CMUXAgentLaunch/AgentLaunchSanitizer.swift to 566 lines, past the 500-line untracked threshold, without adding a budget entry.
