This pins the Cloud VM image lock's cmux-tui and cmux-tui-hook to 8c00572a. That commit is cmux-tui cbbeec18, which runs in the approved image cloud-native-cbbeec1, plus only #36739 (2c2bd862, cherry-picked). It was published by cmux-tui artifacts run 42114997505 from the build-only branch of draft #36817 (HOLD, never merged). I wrote the lock with bun images/cmux-vm/pin-cmux-tui.ts --commit 8c00572ae91068aad94afc491310a4ca58cae15a --write, which read each digest from files.cmux.com and ran the lock validator.

Takes back #36792: it pinned 5ad32fb8, the 20:31Z tip, which is 147 commits and about 8.5k lines of cmux-tui past cbbeec18. This pin keeps #36739's relay fix and drops the rest, so the next Cloud image differs from the golden one in one 21-line change. claude-sr2/cloud-demo, whose helper opened #36792, agreed to this.

Why: every approved image up to cloud-native-cbbeec1 has the relay thread panic that #36739 fixes, so a relay chat ends cloud.relay.machine_offline after about 62 s. On staging, with 8c00572a's parent fix installed, a prompt reaches Claude 0.25-1.8 s after the session is created (cmuxterm-hq#7086, comment 6666965248).

The other lock inputs stay as on feat-cmux-next. The image also takes cmux-rd 0.2.2 (#36773) and the npm cache bake (#36769), both merged since the cbbeec1 bake.

Next, after this lands: one bake at the merge commit (cloud-demo dispatches it, with the cbbeec1 bake's inputs and probes=false, because the agent tools probe currently fails on every bake). Then the cmux-vm approve keeps the older images listed, and CLOUD_VM_API_IMAGE flips in dev and staging, then a staging relay check, then prod.
