base red: cmux-host updater tests compile on macOS again
Summary
Base red found by the PERF FLAGS CLEANUP holder check. cmux-tui/crates/cmux-host/src/updater/role.rs is #[cfg(target_os = "linux")], but the updater tests module is cfg(all(test, unix)). The test a_log_line_shortens_a_hash_without_slicing_past_its_end (from #36495) calls role::short_hex, so cargo test of cmux-host stopped on macOS with E0433 (fleet step 36e8967844990f9aca73fc1c on aws-m4pro-5, cmux-tui-rust-check.sh test). The whole macOS Rust test run stops there.
Fix: that test runs on Linux only, where role exists. No source change.
Testing

cmux-tui-rust-check.sh test updater::testson macOS (compile) and Linux (the test runs): see the comment below.
Observed / Not run
Observed: the E0433 errors in the macOS step log at the base. Not run: nothing else.

Summary by cubic
Fixes the cmux-host updater tests failing to compile on macOS. The test a_log_line_shortens_a_hash_without_slicing_past_its_end called role::short_hex, but role is Linux-only while the tests module compiles on all Unix, causing E0433 and halting the macOS Rust test run. The test now runs on Linux only.
