#36285 Cloud VM image: pin cmux-tui 4171772a (owner link takes terminal commands, ~/work at daemon start, #36271)

Pins the Cloud VM image's cmux-tui and cmux-tui-hook to 4171772a, the newest published feat-cmux-next build (manifest from run https://github.com/manaflow-ai/cmux/actions/runs/41986536195). It replaces a6d444aa (#36123). It carries:

• #36271: the signed Native owner link takes the terminal and layout commands the app's panes send (new-tab, splits, set-default-colors and the rest), so cmux cloud ssh on a fresh production machine opens a terminal instead of failing with remote_denied. The Cloud daemon also makes /home/cmux/work at start.

The change is bun images/cmux-vm/pin-cmux-tui.ts --commit 4171772a3adc36845f27bb9f90da0e33301114b3 --write; only the two pinned entries change.

Next: bake, approve in the cmux-vm Worker's VM_BOOT_IMAGES, bump cmux-platform's CLOUD_VM_API_IMAGE.
