fix(composer): keep Codex Send keyboard focus visible

Codex Send and Stop controls now keep a visible keyboard focus wash when focused with the keyboard. Leo noted, “we still don't have the proper spacing”; this scoped fix keeps the existing Codex fills while restoring the focus distinction.

The look stylesheet now applies the shared focus wash after the Codex fill rule, with the ready Send state retaining its accent fill. The browser regression covers both the running Stop slot and the filled Send state, and waits for the focus transition before comparing focused and resting fills.

Changelog

Fixed: keyboard focus on Codex Send and Stop remains visibly distinct from the resting control.

Risk: CSS-only and scoped to Codex Send controls; no geometry or interaction changes.

Validation: not yet run; cmux-ci test -- bun test webviews/test/composer-codex-row.test.ts will run against this open PR.

Summary by cubic

Keeps Codex Send and Stop keyboard focus visible when the pointer is elsewhere, instead of the focus state blending into the resting fills.

  • Applies the shared focus wash after the Codex disc fill rules, so the ready Send keeps its transparent glyph and accent fill without picking up the gallery's filled-disc alternate.
  • Adds a browser regression covering the running Stop slot, the ready Send, and the filled-disc variant, waiting for the focus transition before comparing fills, and boots Vite from the webviews root to match vite.config.gallery-dev.ts.
