PR #36069 - manaflow-ai/cmux

Pins the Cloud VM image lock's cmux-tui and cmux-tui-hook to the published build of 91d3ea01 on feat-cmux-next. Over the current pin (b1f8fc4d, #35530) it adds:

The daemon features the current app requires. A dev Cloud chat on the b1f8fc4d image reads compatibility: incompatible (viewport-splits-v1, viewport-column-resize-v1, layout-undo-v1 and others missing), and the remote entry answers remote_denied to list-agents, so a new Cloud chat never gets past start.
#35996: the VM receiver logs to the journal why each stream ended (refused token check, closed by the receiver, or bytes spliced each way).

Generated with bun images/cmux-vm/pin-cmux-tui.ts --commit 91d3ea01953998868507a293d22598debe61fc04 --write. The sha256 and size come from the build's manifest (https://github.com/manaflow-ai/cmux/actions/runs/41958172458). Only the two lock entries change. 91d3ea01 is on feat-cmux-next after b1f8fc4d, so it keeps #35467 and #35476.

After this merges: a kept native_receiver bake from the merge, its image in workers/cmux-vm VM_BOOT_IMAGES, then cmux-platform CLOUD_VM_API_IMAGE moved to it (development first, production once a dev chat reads a reply).

Risk: image input only. Nothing boots it until those steps.
