CloudMachinesHeaderCountTests fails on main because https://github.com/manaflow-ai/cmux/pull/26732 changed the machines.meter.help copy in CloudMachinesUsage.swift and left the suite expecting the old sentence. This updates the two test strings to the copy the app shows. It changes no app code.
