Review follow-up on #35113 (finding F1): the gallery entry agent-pane.turn-fold-per-harness's interim note was under SHORT_NOTE_CHARS, so its open variants (claude-open, gemini, muse) merged both runs into one, which didn't match their notes. The note is now a takeaway-length message. It changes gallery fixtures only.
