#34000 acpmux: regenerate the protocol IR for mcp_connect_request/answer (base red)

b6e681e8 ("acpmux: MCP connect card that only the person approves ...") added _acpmux/mcp_connect_request and _acpmux/mcp_connect_answer to the protocol registry without refreshing the committed IR, so protocol::tests::protocol_ir_is_current fails on feat-cmux-next (seen on #33785, run 41665569562, job 126019826667).

This adds the two entries to cmux-tui/crates/acpmux/spec/acpmux-protocol.json (same shape as the neighbouring untyped requests, placed after _acpmux/secret_run as in the registry) and regenerates the web types with bun scripts/acpmux-protocol-codegen.ts. 16 added lines, nothing else changes.
