Summary
- align bonsplit split dividers with the same gray separator treatment used by tab chrome
- remove the active-tab bottom border look by rendering selected-tab background above the tab-bar separator
- keep active tab top accent only
- update vendor/bonsplit submodule to https://github.com/manaflow-ai/bonsplit/commit/37584764cf32db9cdf01be4a0f5e2e8f201d3375
