Base red: gallery health on every feat-cmux-next push fails the four agent-pane.incoming-message-disclosure plays (#a-shipped-open, #b-received-wording, #c-line-count, #d-sender-only) with "play: waitFor did not hold within 5000 ms".
This started by carrying #32820 (its owner lane handed it over: "take it"). #32820 has since landed on feat-cmux-next, so this PR is now the follow-up that fixes the one state it still left red, #c-line-count, and brings its shift rows back down.
Cause. #32720 ("a turn's inbox notices and received lines are one "Received N messages" row") gathers the three delivered lines into one closed row, so the plays waited for five .cv-received lines that never drew. That is a deliberate design, so the plays follow it: #32820's commits open that row first (as #33752 did for IncomingMessageCard.gallery.ts).
What still failed on #32820. At its head, #c-line-count went red on shift: 0.1328 against 0.0777, in the wait .cv-received >= 5 step, with user-1 and assistant-2 rising 21.9 px. The plays opened the received row and the waiting group with two raw element.click()s in one task and then waited. At the transcript's end an opening pushes the text above it up by design (#32644), and the shift gate exempts that rise only while the step's own target sits in the row marked data-bottom-fold (#33784). A raw click is not a play step and has no target, so the deliberate push-up fell into the wait that followed, untargeted, and was scored as shift. How much of it landed in the wait depended on timing, which is why only #c crossed the row.
Fix (play only, no app change). Each opening is now its own ctx.click step, settled before the next: the "Received 3 messages" row, then the waiting group, and in #a-shipped-open fanout-infra's report line. Each step's target carries the bottom-fold marker, so the gate exempts exactly the designed rise and still scores anything else.
Baselines. #32820 raised these four rows to absorb the untargeted push-up (b/c/d 0 -> 0.0777, a-shipped-open 0.16476 -> 0.2829). With the clicks targeted, this PR's gallery health (run 41665103842 at 1deb1066) measured b/c/d at 0, so they are back at 0, and a-shipped-open at 0.16622 and 0.16639, so its row is 0.1664: base's 0.16476 was set before #32720, and the opening of the "Received 3 messages" row now happens in the same play. Net change against base is that one row, +0.0016.
