Leo asked for an audit of agent instructions ("go audit instructions etc"): helpers kept following stale guidance after commands were renamed. This brings the agent-facing text in this repo up to date with the current command names and landing rules.

What changed

WhereStaleNow
docs/remote-agents-and-cloud.md (embedded in acpmux guide)acpmux host setup/add/ls/doctor/update/enroll/approvals, acpmux new --host, acpmux host vm-hostacpmux machine …, --machine, acpmux machine dedicated (old names stay hidden aliases). cmux agent open-tab --host is unchanged: that CLI flag was not renamed
same, Cloud sectioncloud new-machine named as the current actioncmux machine new (old spelling hidden)
acpmux usage warnings (hub/usage_warnings.rs, acpmux ls --wide, README)suggested lane-place rotate NAMEsessions rotate NAME (the renamed tool; same flags)
acpmux/README.md, acpmux/docs/agent-surfaces.mdreal machine names in examplesmy-linux, my-mac/coordinator
CLAUDE.md, skills/cmux-reviewinto feat-cmux-next: add ready-to-land and a named reconciler host merges; "a second model is not a review gate"the owner merges the reviewed head with a squash pinned to it; ready-to-land is only a fallback hand-off; HOLD: or a hold label holds; a small change needs only a subagent review, a behavior change that is not small gets a different model or a person
skills/cmux-cloud-vm (lines Leo wrote)cmux cloud new-machinecmux machine new
.claude/skills/ten skills reachable only through .agents/skills (incl. cmux-review, which CLAUDE.md requires before merging)symlinked like the others
skills/README.mdno row for cmux-code-modeadded

cmux cloud list-machines, machine-status, pause-machine and the like are left as they are: they are still the listed app actions, and cmux machine ls lists a different catalog until #29940.

Verification

Fleet Linux run of cargo test -p acpmux --lib (usage warnings, ls table, help_contract_tests incl. agent_skills_use_current_command_names and documented_acpmux_commands_and_flags_are_in_the_clap_surface): 132 passed. cargo test -p cmux-tui remote_cli_docs (the doc-command parser check over this guide, the acpmux README and skill): 5 passed.

Risk: low. Docs, skill text, symlinks, and one warning string plus its tests. No Swift.
