the grabber is too close to the thumb scroll thing in fact why dont we have the drag grabber to the left of the title in that session info?

The six-dot section grip in the web Session Info panel moves from the body's right inset (next to the scrollbar's thumb) to the left of each section's title: it sits in the head's leading padding, one base step into the body's left inset, ending before the head's icon column. So it overlaps neither an icon (Context, Usage, Connectors, the bare Environment rows) nor a title, and the title does not move when it shows. It still shows only while its head is hovered, the grip itself is hovered or focused, or while it drags. Drag-to-reorder and Up/Down Arrow reorder are unchanged (same button, same handlers).

This replaces the right-edge placement from 2026-10-31 ("my screenshots were literally claude code having it on the right") with Leo's newer ask; spec: design/session-info.md (updated in leo-workspace).

  • sessionInfo.css: left: calc(-1 * var(--grid-base)), width --grid-base + --grid-gap (12px at scale 1); body padding unchanged.
  • Gallery: header-grip-hover (gripOnHeadHoverOnly) now asserts the grip is left of the title and the head's icon, and that the title does not move; new header-grip-left (gripLeftOfEveryTitle) asserts every section's grip ends before its head's first glyph, stays in the panel, and sits in the panel's left half.
  • Hover-reveal lint exemptions: selectors unchanged, comment updated.
  • test/session-info-section-order-browser.test.tsx: the hover test now asserts the grip sits left of the title, inside the body, before the icon column and clear of the scrollbar.

Follow-up: the native panel (AgentPaneSessionInfo*.swift, off by default now) still draws its grip at the head's right edge.

Observed / Not run

  • Observed: prepush gate clean.
  • Observed: gallery plays header-grip-hover, header-grip-left and full pass in Chromium and WebKit, light and dark (12 cases, fast-checks run 41572308565). The grip draws left of the Context icon on hover.
  • Session Info tests, the hover-reveal lint and web-lint run on cmux-ci at the head.
