test: fold-keeps-place opens the "Received 3 messages" row first (base red)
Base red since #32720: webviews/test/agent-pane-fold-keeps-place.test.ts (both tests) timed out waiting for fanout-infra's .cv-disclosure__toggle. #32720 folds the three delivered lines next to each other in gallery agent-pane.incoming-message-disclosure into one closed "Received 3 messages" row, so that line never drew. open() now opens the row first. This is a test-only change.

Observed: on the fleet, bun test test/agent-pane-fold-keeps-place.test.ts test/incoming-message-disclosure-browser.test.ts passes at this head. It timed out on base (bisected: passes at 1923ed18675, fails at the tip).
Not run: the wider suite.
