Re-pin app FFI to 2b457e2 (base red from #31927)
Base-red-job: cmux-next / cmux-next checks (god files, concurrency, crash safety, l10n)
#31927 (hover rules in Rust, step A) added the hover C ABI to the app FFI sources (cmux-app-ffi, cmux-motion, cmux-layout-reducer) without re-pinning. Since 2b457e20 (run 41462610432), "Check the app FFI pin" has been red on base. This pins the published cmux-app-ffi-2b457e20 release (checksum 9115c825…abb1). #31927 changed no Swift, and the new symbols are additive, so no Swift call site changes. check-app-ffi-pin.sh --verify-release passes on this tree; no other FFI input changed since.
