Session Info: build current native section models
Build the current Session Info Environment, Context, Connectors, Changes, Sources, Outputs and Usage as page-owned native rows. The builders use current helpers for scope, formatting, folds and available actions, including Cloud repositories, permission grants, Remote Control and Compact.
These models are dormant until the page wiring lands. The native setting remains off by default. Rebuilds the builders from closed #27513 against today's session-info/ sections. Validation: 14 focused model and bridge tests pass (56 assertions), and web lint passes. Exact-head fleet checks run on this PR. No capture: dormant models only.
The pure builders and their shared schema/tests form one dormant model seam (about 1,400 lines); page integration and native drawing land separately.
