transcriptGrid.ts:6 "Missing layout grid metric: {}"

(react-apps-check, run 41362440478 at 9cfa0ffff). The throw is a developer invariant on the bundled schemas/layout-grid/layout-grid.json: it fails at module load, never in front of a person. It gets an l10n-allow: comment, the way App.tsx marks its developer errors. No behaviour change.

Test: bun test test/pane-english.test.ts red at base (the run above), green at this head (cmux-ci run linked in a comment).
