Session Info: keep a section's drag handle clear of the scrollbar

Leo's words (2026-11-01):

"the dragger is a bit too close to the thumb"

What changes

A Session Info section's drag handle (the six dots right of a section's count) sat in the body's 6px right padding, flush against the panel's scrollbar thumb. The body's right padding is now 10px (session-info/sessionInfo.css). The handle keeps the same 6px next to the section, so the counts stay aligned with each other, and the extra 4px keeps it clear of the scrollbar. The counts and the rest of the right column move 4px left together; the left side and the title's text column don't change.

Design spec: design/session-info.md (the handle stays on the right, per Leo 2026-10-31; this only adds space between it and the scrollbar).

Tests

  • test/session-info-section-order-browser.test.tsx (Chromium): the hover test now also checks that the handle's right edge sits at least 4px left of the body's scrollport edge, where a classic scrollbar's track begins. That check fails on the old CSS.

Risk

Small: CSS only. The default (glance) and rules layouts get 4px less width for row text on the right. The groups layout already had 10px.
