#30738 Remove Cloud repository cursor overrides

Fix-forward for #30357: remove the two Cloud repository cursor: pointer overrides that broke webviews/test/clickable-cursor.test.ts on the base branch. Native controls already receive the desktop default cursor, so this deletion restores the stylesheet invariant without changing behavior.

Validation: cmux-ci test -- cd webviews && bun test test/clickable-cursor.test.ts.
