Summary

Base red on feat-cmux-next: in cmux-next checks, "Default cursor (no pointing hand in app UI)" (scripts/cmux-next/check-default-cursor.py) fails at the tip, because of one finding:

webviews/src/agent-session/acpmux/conversation/LaneNoticeBatch.css:17: pointer cursor in cmux-next UI; use the arrow ...

#28749 (517a276d4b6, "batch lane reports and inbox notices") gave .cv-lane-batch__toggle the rule cursor: pointer. cmux-next app UI keeps the arrow over clickable controls (3cb1742ea91). This PR changes the rule to cursor: default.

The rule must stay, because it starts with all: unset. Without a cursor rule, the toggle inherits the I-beam of its parent, and webviews/test/clickable-cursor.test.ts refuses that. The other all: unset buttons in that folder set cursor: default in the same way (AgentMessageRow.css, PendingMessagesCard.css, SubsessionCallCard.css, CardCopy.css).

Testing

  • python3 -I scripts/cmux-next/check-default-cursor.py "$PWD": at base 6352bf5116e it reports 1 finding. At this head it reports ok.
  • cd webviews && bun test test/clickable-cursor.test.ts: 6 pass, 0 fail at this head. The review ran it red at the base ("no stylesheet sets the pointing hand"). It was also red at the first head 64beb67d778, which deleted the line ("a clickable element whose rule resets every property sets its cursor again").
  • python3 scripts/cmux-next/prepush-gate.py: no new violations.
  • scripts/web-lint.sh: red only on base debt. vp fmt --check fails on 9 files under webviews/src/pages/settings/ (Settings > Menus, #25592; open fix #28718). This PR does not touch those files. I pushed with CMUX_WEB_LINT_SKIP_REASON and named that red.

Observed / Not run

Observed: I ran the checks and the test above on a Linux VM and saw the results above.
Not run: no gallery capture. The only visible change is the cursor shape over the lane batch toggle (the arrow instead of the pointing hand).

Changelog

none

Proof

No capture: the change is the cursor shape only, from the pointing hand to the arrow.
