cmux NEXT transcript: one row grammar for send, command and subagent rows
Leo: "we can remove the symbols and the tokens and the bash probably just make it look nice like claude code"; "this ui isn't consistent :("; "this rendering can be better for sent stuff".
Transcript message and subagent rows now share the tool-row layout. Sends read “Sent to” with a recipient chip, a truncated preview, and a separate delivery status. Expanding a send shows its message once; Raw retains the command and output. Subagent outcomes gain a disclosure chevron and a full-row hit area, with duration separate from the label.
The shared flex layout preserves inline chevrons and trailing metadata. Recipient navigation, independent batch-send disclosures, file-source provenance, MCP sends, Copy/Reply, and subagent Restart/Retry remain available.
Design: design/chat-transcript.md, “One row grammar” (teamleaderleo/leo-workspace#1663). Gallery entry agent-pane.transcript-row-grammar compares chip, link, plain, and expanded variants; the chip matches received-message recipients.
Validation: fleet run 41251468519 tested head 53cd2d6d90b415bbfe3edc2bbdef89cd6bfc370e: 107 passed, 0 failed across eight suites. Coverage includes narrow/wide light/dark browser layouts, right-edge opening and chevron closing, independent batch disclosures, Raw command retention, full-header click guards, and transcript spinner behavior. No final-head screenshots were captured.
Risk: message-row markup and CSS, including subagent disclosure hit areas. The batch-send behavior and regression coverage from #29244 are preserved.
Changelog
