Keep attachment-only prompt feedback and actions
Status: Real gallery evidence is being reviewed and uploaded before landing.
Attachment-only user prompts preserve delivery feedback and message actions. Sending image-only prompts keep the slow delivery mark beside the attachment strip without rendering an empty bubble; delivered prompts retain Copy, Retry, Fork and version controls, with Retry hidden while a send is pending. Inline document, audio, pasted and file parts also retain the footer/actions. Virtualizer estimates reserve wrapped attachment rows and the sending anchor; waiting steers share the delivered prompt's single footer slot.
The unrelated store-lifetime commits were removed. Store-lifetime work is already merged separately in #27861.
Targeted gallery capture: run 41066671120 at head 069c6a1b0d3cfa69d81e3a963d509aa1f6830724. It renders agent-pane.sent-images variants attachment-only-sending and attachment-only-actions in Apple System Colors and Apple System Colors Light, at device scale 2, with base and head output. Artifact: fast-checks-output (id 12981707457). The base pass uses product SHA 24e840b75305b7d3ab5877f3c773b2b87369f62f and records fixture provenance in base-fixture-provenance.txt.
Visual verdict: pending direct review of the uploaded targeted capture. The earlier placeholder PNGs and claim that they were viewed are retracted and invalid.
Focused validation: run 41063957284 at e9af9bfa45ca1ed3598889b9ec99aadbb5151cc7, 38 passed, 0 failed. The final head adds formatting only; rerun 41066554016 is in flight.
Base comparison: the unrelated reds are the same base infrastructure failures (release-notary/tooling registry/profile/stub checks). The focused transcript and targeted gallery runs pass; no attachment test is red on the final head.
