What changed

The toolbar Summary popover now starts with a labeled Environment section using the existing Session Info EnvironmentSection rows: machine, project folder, repository and branch. The popover has no title row. Its activity counts moved into the Subagents section header. The existing glass popover commit from #27808 is carried as commit ad1d8aad33e with its original author and remains unchanged. Inline Summary columns and right-pane panels keep their existing title and behavior.

Gallery

Before: ours-summary.png is Leo's private reference and is not published here.
After: Linux gallery advisory capture is the agent-pane.summary-card popover-environment variant; the lane VM could not reach the gallery host, so the capture URL/media remains UNVERIFIED and must be attached by the coordinator from the gallery host before landing.

Verification

  • webviews: bunx vp lint passed.
  • webviews: bun run typecheck passed (2953 files, no type errors).
  • git diff --check passed.
  • Focused browser capture test was attempted with CMUX_BROWSER_TESTS=1; this host hit EMFILE while Bun/Vite watched the checkout, so it did not produce a valid result.
  • Carried web / react-apps-check is a base red by failing check name: head 6c09e46ee755dd7508587502b8d427a990b05a34 failed aggregate job 123850200586 at Check webview test shards; base d6623d8cb536956dd96c2d7dbdf84c9d5ac7ac89 failed the same web / react-apps-check aggregate (job 123229724280, same step). The head's shards 1-4 passed; base shard 2 failed. The broker exposed only exit-code annotations, so the exact underlying case is unavailable. This is a base red and does not block this PR.

Risk

Normal UI behavior change, scoped to the Summary popover. Environment data is the existing Session Info data path. No toolbar icons, inline/right-pane panels or defaults changed.
