Leo, 2026-10-29: "we need to have better fing grids. We need to have the fing stuff aligned on f***ing grids and lines"
Session Info: every section (Environment, Context, Connectors, Changes, Sources, Outputs, Subagents, Background tasks, servers, workflow phases and agents, the finished fold) sits on the one row formula of leo-workspace design/grid.md section 3: lead icon centre 24, text 40, trailing control centre 24 in from the right edge, rows 28, inner gap 12 between a block's sections, block gap 24 between blocks with the hairline centred in it. Geometry only: no colour, no section removed. The six-dot handle keeps #29648's place at the right end of a section head, sized by the grid tokens; the section list (#29021) owns the gaps; the rules and groups gallery alternatives keep their own spacing. Section titles truncate before their counts reach the trailing control.
Carried onto current feat-cmux-next (merge, not rebase): base renamed the panel's code to session-info (#29921), so this PR's CSS was re-applied on the renamed files and classes. The grid tokens and test support (#27539, merged) are base's; this PR adds only the inward option to gridLines.ts, the session-info scenes (support/sessionInfoGridScenes.ts, fail level, replacing the per-section card scenes) and the clipped-heading check in grid-lines.test.ts. That also clears the earlier review BLOCK at 6f465dd6 (the old gridLines.ts skipped aria-hidden text, which broke the composer scenes): base's version has no such skip.

I viewed the after images: every row's icon, text and trailing mark sit on the same three lines down the whole panel; folds moved from just after the title to the trailing column.
