feat(cloud): show idle pause diagnostics in machine status
Expose idle auto-pause diagnostics in cmux cloud machine-status.
No capture: CLI text output only (machine-status prints idlePause fields); no UI drawn
The API now returns the last cron decision, probe timestamp, idle stretch, API activity timestamp, address availability, and run counters. This change decodes that object and includes it in both human-readable status text and structured --json action results, while tolerating older servers that omit it.
Two commits: a red decoding/output test followed by the implementation.
