iOS DEBUG: take a Mac's pairing code from the launch environment (pair-e2e rig)
A DEBUG launch of cmux on iPhone now takes a Mac's pairing code from CMUX_MOBILE_PAIR_URL, the same way .onOpenURL takes a scanned one: through LiveCoordinator.accept, once live data starts. It's compiled out of Release and never logged. The code's token stays single use and expires within 5 minutes.
Why: the pair-e2e rig (scripts/ci/cmux_next_pair_e2e.py) opened the code with xcrun simctl openurl. The simulator answers that with an "Open in cmux?" alert, and nothing on a CI Mac taps it, so the code never reached the app (steps d7afa7349ed59cb5603acf70 and c8c0dec1495fb4e584ad2b9e). With this hook, the rig change in #27370 passes the code in the launch environment, and pair-e2e passed on a fleet GUI Mac: step 423a0baebf9379c6d48ee0ec logged phone 70d27bfc paired from this Mac's pairing code, 2 s after launch, with no Allow prompt and no seed.
Review: Codex gpt-6-astra (high, fast) said SHIP for this hook together with the rig change.
Risk: low. The hook is DEBUG only, and Release is untouched.
