Revert "feat(inspector): summarize agent work in Session Info" (#26988)
Takes back #26988: Leo never asked for the Session Info summary card, and it layout-shifts; his words are below.
Reverts #26988 (c5efa18b). Session Info goes back to exactly its layout before that PR: no "Summary" header, no avatar-stack card ("3 running · 138 done · 1 failed ›") above the Subagents list, and no summary line in the default SummaryCard. The card wrapped and changed height as counts changed, which shifted the layout.

A plain git revert, no conflicts. #26988's supporting change to subsessionLimits.ts/SubagentLimitStepper.tsx (counting folded sub-sessions in running slots) depends on the chatSubsessions prop the card added, so it's reverted too. It can come back as its own fix. #26988 never touched uiFont.ts, so that file is unchanged here.
Drag-to-reorder, which Leo did ask for, follows in a separate minimal PR.
Risk: low. This restores the code that shipped before c5efa18b. Its tests go with it.

The compact summary card (avatar stack, counts line, and summary line in SummaryCard) is removed, along with its dependent change to subsessionLimits/SubagentLimitStepper that counted folded sub-sessions.
