feat(agent-pane): show workflow progress in transcript card

The workflow transcript card now explains what a running workflow is doing instead of showing only agent dots. It keeps the existing Session Info click target and Labs gate, adds state, done/total progress, the current phase, model and elapsed time, one truncated latest-agent line, and known tokens. The card's row version includes live workflow presentation fields so updates redraw in place without remounting or scanning transcript rows.

But, you know, we need to have that. And likewise, obviously, like the session info area, like that's where the things can be shown, and also the right tab area. All of these, like better and better UI. Just go ahead, man. I feel like you can do a hell of a lot more. More codex, more Claude, more whatever. We have the capacity, so let's use the capacity to go do some more productive work, right?"

The selected treatment is the two-line card with the latest agent line, progress bar, phase/model/time strip and tokens. WorkflowCard.gallery.tsx keeps three gallery variants: selected detail, compact one-line plus bar, and phase-strip plus bar, with a finished selected state. Before/after gallery stills are requested from the gallery advisory: before is the dots-only merge-base card and after is the selected detail card at the exact PR head.

Depends on #26990 for the folded lastMessage field. Until it lands, the card reads the folded agent result when present and then doing; once #26990 lands, lastMessage ?? doing is used without changing the card or click path. No files on #26990's branch were changed.

Validation:

  • git diff --check passes.
  • The existing fixed row estimate is updated for the selected card height.
  • The gallery fixture now carries a latest running-agent line and tokens for the selected states.
  • Focused Bun and gallery checks will run through PR CI; this lane VM's shared cmux-ci slots were occupied during dispatch.

Risk:normal. The change is Labs-only and contained to the transcript workflow presentation; click behavior, Session Info ownership, and workflow data ownership remain unchanged.

Fixed: the workflow card now shows agents and live progress in the transcript, not dots only.
