picker: show reported Prime models and default

Picker only showed model rows from catalog entries that omitted Prime’s family, so a reported Prime profile’s default (agent's choice) vanished and discovered settings models were not distinguishable. Leo ask-0f0e9e4d6c: “picker should show all harnesses and all models (Pi, OpenCode, Prime Intellect, etc.), not only installed/current.”

This patch carries family through PickerHarness → ComposerPickers → ModelPicker. Reported Prime models remain visible; Prime’s ACP default sentinel renders once as a disabled informational Default row (Prime has no ACP model API, so selecting it cannot send session/set_model). No static Prime row is added: when no family: prime profile is reported, the picker remains unchanged. Fable and Unii filtering are untouched.
