Leo's words: "Likewise, there's some stuff where we wanted to know what the state of affairs with cloud was. Like, we didn't with the ChatGPT work mode. We really, like, that, we want that to be over there. And then we also want to emulate that ChatGPT work mode pretty hard."

This PR adds the words of the banner the app posts for a chat handed off to a Cloud machine: "Done", "Failed" and "Needs you", plus "Cloud task" as the title when the chat has no title and no summary yet. They are in all 21 languages the app ships, and each key has a translator comment. Languages the other tables mark for review are needs_review here too.

The code is in the hand-off notification PR (feat/next-handoff-watch). It reads these keys from a new Handoffs.xcstrings and falls back to the English default until this table lands, so the two PRs can land in either order. The table is its own PR to keep each PR under about 800 lines (534 lines of translation data here).

No capture: strings only. These are the words of a macOS notification banner, which the capture tours can't produce (it is posted when a Cloud task changes on the server). The code PR's tests pin the words.

Risk: low. It adds a new table with new keys only. check-l10n.sh shows the same count as base (76 errors, none in this table), and check-xcstrings-keys.py is clean.
