cmux NEXT: hide App Store and What's New by default
App Store and What's New now follow Settings → Advanced → Labs → Show Preview Features, which is off by default. Enabling it restores the existing components and saved placements. Turning it off also updates already-open pages and workspace tabs across windows; hidden tabs stay saved.

Remove what's new?
The sidebar keeps its colors and glass. The gallery contains the original, hidden, and opt-in variants; the hidden variant is the default. Menus gain no animation. App Store and sidebar design specifications guided the change.
The visibility filter covers normal rows, group members, and machine sections. Legacy drag indexes are translated from the filtered rows into the saved layout. The updater opens release notes when the in-app changelog is unavailable.
Validation at 5133534fe92784b22a3664b4aa8e0f97c09e4192:
- Static prepush gate passed with no new violations; scoped public API convention lint passed.
- Native regression tests and gallery: awaiting the final-head job. Tests exercise live pane settings observation, grouped and machine App Store rows, real filtered reorder and drop-to-pin insertion indexes, default visibility, and restored page tabs.
- App and cmux-tui compile passed at prior head
ba585fb9865e0699361eea732c918009c84194cd(jobf959b00d6a1d732de1477e81); final-head verification pending. - The pane and sidebar use their existing observations. The added window setting observation is cancelled at teardown. No timer or animation loop was added.
