#25298 cmux-vm clients: fix both base reds (SDK schema generator under TypeScript 7, stale Rust client)

Summary

Both jobs of cmux VM clients are red on feat-cmux-next (run 40244208111: rust=failure, sdk=failure). This fixes both.

• sdk: since https://github.com/manaflow-ai/cmux/commit/7c83a00f8ff15 moved the SDK to native TypeScript 7.0.2, bun run generate crashes. openapi-typescript 7.13 (the latest; peer typescript ^5.x) prints with TypeScript 5's compiler API (ts.factory.createKeywordTypeNode), which the TypeScript 7 package doesn't ship. The generator and TypeScript 5.9.3 now live in workers/cmux-vm/sdk/codegen with their own lockfile. bun run generate installs that folder frozen and runs the generator from it; the SDK keeps typechecking with TypeScript 7. backend/bun.lock links the SDK, so it drops the generator's packages too.
• rust: the generated client in cli/crates/cmux-vm-client/src/generated*.rs no longer matched openapi.json. These files are the regenerate.sh output CI uploaded for this branch (run 40264097336).

Testing

• Locally: bun install --frozen-lockfile && bun run generate in workers/cmux-vm/sdk reproduces the checked-in src/schema.d.ts byte for byte, and bun run typecheck (tsc 7.0.2) passes.
• CI on aa3a407: sdk job green.

Observed / Not run

• Observed: the local generate and typecheck, sdk green in CI, and the Cloud adapter install red that the backend lockfile commit fixes.
• Not run: CI on the final head is pending at the time of writing.
