fix(cmux-next): keep context affordance compact across composer rows
Problem
The composer’s context affordance used a 22 px control in the main row but a 20 px control in the quiet footer, so the same context action changed size between composer looks.
Change
Use the shared 22 px hit target in both rows and add a focused parity assertion. The compact ring keeps the useful breakdown in its existing hover card, with Details opening Session Info.
Leo asked for this directly: “context wheel should be smaller with a breakdown optionally in Session Info”.
Validation
bun test test/composer-foot-pill-inset.test.ts --test-name-pattern 'context ring'- Fleet compile and exact-head before/after captures will be added before merge.
