composer: slash and @ parity for Claude and Codex

Summary

Leo requested slash-command and @ parity across Claude and Codex: “Likewise, slash commands. I need you guys to be auditing them for at least Claude and Codex, as well as the @ command, you know, the adding files or whatever, and just making sure we're reaching parity and we're reaching the things that we can, right? Like even if it's, like, something like, you know, integrations or whatever. Like we can eventually just add integrations. So that shouldn't stop us.”

The composer now keeps every ACP command and adds GUI-native /model, /fast, /context, and /plan rows. /compact and /clear have cmux-owned fallback rows that send the exact slash command when the harness does not advertise one. Claude's terminal-only /model guard is removed for the GUI path. The @ picker remembers recently picked file and folder paths locally and fuzzy-matches them while host search is pending.

Testing

  • git diff --check passed.
  • pr-overlap --base origin/feat-cmux-next --json reported no overlapping open PR.
  • bun test src/agent-session/acpmux/MentionMenu.test.tsx ../webviews/test/slash-menu-fast-row.test.tsx could not start because this checkout has no React/Base UI dependencies.
  • bunx vp lint ... could not run because Vite+ is not installed; no whole-tree lint was started.
  • Fleet build job cc146536992f247ae6cd1853 completed successfully for exact head 5980faef015bc39b8b96b2af5f0a2b4273dbdb1c.
  • Fleet scene:composer capture ran on cmux-mac-mini-cua-2 but the agent web view was not composited; the stills were uploaded for exact-head visual reference.
