The text catalog for the cmux NEXT host pressure indicator and its popover (the indicator PR is #24507): HostPressure.xcstrings with its 11 keys in English and 20 translations (ar, bs, da, de, es, fr, it, ja, km, ko, nb, pl, pt-BR, ru, th, tr, uk, vi, zh-Hans, zh-Hant).

coord-deputy: "If the total goes over ~800, move the non-English locales into their own small follow-up PR (English strings stay here), so that each PR lands on its own."

It's split from the indicator PR to keep that PR near 800 lines. The whole catalog comes here rather than only the non-English locales because the cmux-next localization debt ratchet fails a catalog that has English but lacks the nine required locales (I ran it locally: an English-only catalog adds 88 missing locale entry errors and fails the ratchet). The English text still ships with the indicator PR as the defaultValue of every String(localized:) in HostPressureStrings.swift, and this catalog's English values match those defaults exactly.

The two PRs land in either order: without the catalog the indicator shows its English defaults, and without the indicator this catalog is just unused data. The strings are unchanged from the reviewed branch (edcb07c601b8, "host pressure strings in all 21 locales").

Observed / Not run

  • Ran: scripts/localization_catalog.py check with the base baseline and base root, as CI does: no debt from this catalog. prepush-gate.py: no new violations.
  • Not run: a build, since this adds only a resource catalog to a target that already has .xcstrings resources.

No capture: a string catalog only; the indicator PR (#24507) carries the UI.
