#24002 cmux NEXT Chief Settings: Show Traces and Show Memory are readable links

In Leo's screenshot of the Chief Settings popover (2026-10-20), Show Traces and Show Memory were dim grey and fainter than the card's secondary text. The links drew the raw Palette.accent, which is the theme's focus ring. In a theme that names no accent, which includes the default, that's the text color at 40%.

Links in the card (HomeChiefLinkButton: Show Traces, Show Memory, All Chief Settings…) and the "Switch to …" host link now draw Palette.litGlyph. That's the accent lifted toward the primary text just far enough to contrast at least as much as secondary text, so a theme with an accent keeps its hue (Clay Orange stays orange) and a theme without one reads clearly. Links with an explicit ink (the Diagnostics title) don't change.

#23883 restyles this card but keeps HomeChiefLinkButton and the host-switch line, so this applies to it as well and merges cleanly with it.

Tests

HomeChiefLinkInkTests: in a dark theme with no accent, a link's title color is Palette.litGlyph (not the raw accent, which differs there), and the lit accent contrasts at least as much as secondary text. The test commit (4fa4003d056) comes before the fix.

Observed / Not run

• Ran scripts/cmux-next/prepush-gate.py: no new violations.
• Not run locally: Swift build and tests. Agents don't build on Leo's Macs. Compile runs on the fleet (cmux-ci compile-check), and the tests run in PR CI.

No capture: Show Traces and Show Memory sit inside the closed Diagnostics disclosure and show only for a Chief whose brain runs on this Mac. The chief-settings tour opens the card with Diagnostics closed, and a capture mini runs no Chief brain, so a still wouldn't show the links.
