#23557 rows_tests: drop two redundant clones (clippy base red)

Base red fix. lint (linux) (cargo clippy) fails on every PR that runs the cmux-tui checks: clippy::redundant_clone at cmux-tui-core/src/server/rows_tests.rs:373 and :416 (from 1efaef0fd3e5). Neither plain nor exported is used after these lines, so the clones go. The clippy (changed cmux-tui packages) job then found a third at apps/supervisor_provider_tests.rs:148: json! borrows its values, so params.clone() there is redundant too.

Seen on #23525 run 39629470203, job lint (linux). Because clippy stops at this crate, it also hides lints in every crate after it.

Test-only change; no behaviour change.
