Two follow-ups to #22795 (directional motion), now merged.

What changes

• suggestion-lists-float opens only its own gallery entries. It opened /gallery/frame.html without entryPath, which loads every gallery entry, and waited in EVERY_ENTRY_PENDING (scripts/check-browser-test-lanes.ts) because #22795 changed the file. It now builds its stage URLs with galleryFrame(entry, { variant }) and warms agent-pane.composer and agent-pane.new-tab with warmGalleryFrame, as the other narrowed tests do; its line leaves EVERY_ENTRY_PENDING.
• The motion.pane.variant Debug help is current. It said content keeps its final size. Since #22795 it keeps the larger of its starting and final size until the spring lands (motion.pane.holdContent).
