#22876 fix(webviews): one Clock icon again (base web red from #22742 + #22834)

#22742 and #22834 each added export const Clock to webviews/src/agent-session/acpmux/conversation/icons.tsx, so on 5984a2c6 the agent pane fails its type check and bundle ("Clock" has already been declared) and every webviews test importing it fails. This keeps one Clock (PromptDelivery and PendingSteer both draw the same icon) and runs oxfmt on ComposerQueue.test.tsx, the other file base web lint flags.
