fix(cli): call the topLevelCommandNames initializer closure

c7bd52c28b21 (#21287) left static let topLevelCommandNames: Set<String> = { ... } in CLI/CMUXCLI+CommandSuggestions.swift without the trailing (). The property then holds a closure, not a Set<String>, so the CLI target does not compile. Dev builds of main head fail on Linux and on the Mac since 02:21 PT 2026-10-20.

This adds the (). One line.

Verification

  • The CI CLI compile is the proof; no local build (laptop builds are not allowed).

Summary by cubic

Fixes the CLI compile by adding the missing () to the topLevelCommandNames static property initializer so it evaluates to Set<String> instead of a closure type. Dev builds of main were failing on Linux and macOS as a result.
