fix(settings): the Screenshots rows have a home on the Settings page (categories base red)
On feat-cmux-next, screenshots.findTools and screenshots.folders (added by 94d8b1aaba3, the Screenshots pane) belong to no Settings page category, so webviews/src/pages/settings/categories.test.ts "every page row has exactly one home" fails on the base and holds up next-autoland for #21962, #21975 and #22361.
This puts settings.group.screenshots in General, right after Files, next to the other file-viewer groups (Diff Viewer, Markdown Viewer, Files). The rows now show on the General page under "Screenshots".
schemas/settings/settings-schema.json and its source stamp are generated from the Swift layout, so this PR doesn't hand-edit them; the cmux-next PR autofix regenerates them on a Mac and pushes them here.
Validation: with the schema the PR autofix's Mac job exported for this change (run 39412387877, artifact action-exports), bun test src/pages/settings/categories.test.ts in webviews passes (6 pass, 0 fail). That export was taken on an older base, so it isn't committed here; the autofix commits a fresh one.
Right now the autofix can't export at the tip: CmuxNextAppTests doesn't compile on feat-cmux-next (HomeTranscriptLayerKeepsBubblesInsideTests still calls ProjectionCore.stream), which #22518 fixes. Once #22518 lands, this branch gets a rebase and the autofix pushes the regenerated settings-schema.json, its stamp and docs/mdm.
