fix(next): Home sidebar's Requests button uses the type scale (base red)
Fixes a base red that every feat-cmux-next PR inherits: cmux-next checks > Type scale.
check-swift-type-scale: new raw font sizes or weights (schemas/type-scale/type-scale.json):
Packages/macOS/CmuxNext/Sources/CmuxNextHome/Sidebar/HomeSidebarView.swift: 1 raw font weights, baseline 0 (lines 77)
It came in with 471b360f17 (Home message requests): the Requests button used .systemFont(ofSize: NSFont.smallSystemFontSize, weight: .medium). It now uses TypeScale.caption (11 pt, the same size) at TypeScale.emphasis. The type scale has two weights, so medium becomes semibold.
Check: python3 -I scripts/cmux-next/check-swift-type-scale.py fails at the base (bd4b56e4) and passes here ("ok (158 raw font sizes and 33 off-scale weights left in the baseline)").

Summary by cubic
Fixes the Home sidebar's Requests button so it uses the type scale instead of a raw system font, clearing the check-swift-type-scale failure that feat-cmux-next and every PR from it inherits.
The font size stays 11 pt, but the weight moves from medium to semibold because the type scale only maps two weights. A synced schemas/defaults/cmux-next.json also adds the setting.mobile.allowIPhoneConnections default.
