cmux-next: every Apple aerial is a background; ones not downloaded open the Wallpaper pane

Apple aerials listed by macOS now appear in Moving wallpapers before download. An unavailable aerial has an empty cloud tile; clicking it opens System Settings > Wallpaper without changing the selected background. After macOS downloads it, the same choice becomes selectable.

The branch is rebased onto 860a3aa122095f712380c5a7bbea77f48a86f0dd. Aerial IDs are validated before building file paths. Each wallpaper catalog retains its own aerial names and download state, so rendering rows performs no disk I/O. The store watches the movies' parent folders and rebuilds after downloads; file reads use the checked blocking API.

Validation

Current head 7ef720108fc0da73c0cfedd861bd44626393d2b9 adds only canonical paths in the macOS watcher test fixture after ed18d31de6ebf; production and web source are identical.

  • Managed web suite: cmux-ci test --setup webviews --timeout 900 -- bun test --cwd webviews src/pages/settings/hostCards.test.tsx, run 40280347659: 14 passed, 0 failed, including the cloud tile regression. The snapshot receipt binds source ed18d31de6ebf to snapshot 27263d9b3d0dc0e38b485c7d2810c9186e596d1f. Local web tests are not acceptance evidence.
  • Fleet app compile: 9886a7f782697e2ff6891c4b, supported app compile-check recipe v2, passed in 73s at ed18d31de6ebf (same production source).
  • Managed Mac settings regeneration: ad0b4f16a54ae0d8fbb78d9b at ba318cc6c79de: native build passed; 4 manifest and 5 schema export tests passed. The final commit applies only the official stamp hunk from its artifact (c35de492424eb51b6c7c7a7719f44bbbd29f9f77c90c1da0bbb7ba2a58c0a7f6).
  • prepush-gate.py, defaults_guard.py check-stamp --base 860a3aa12209, gen-settings-sources.py --check, and git diff --check: passed.
  • Focused native Swift suites AppleAerialsCatalogTests,BackdropCatalogStoreTests: 4 tests passed, 0 failed at exact head 7ef720108fc0da73c0cfedd861bd44626393d2b9, fleet step 8c29aecedb4c09518e3091ee on a managed Mac. The native build completed in 318.75s. This executed both metadata/path-safety tests and both catalog-store tests, including the real nested-download refresh. Earlier fixture path failures were corrected without weakening assertions.
  • Independent Codex xhigh review through acpmux returned SHIP at exact head 7ef720108fc0da73c0cfedd861bd44626393d2b9; production paths and both test-only deltas were reviewed with no findings. No native compile or Swift tests ran locally.
