fix(cmux-next): round harness rail in the model picker

Summary

The model picker's harness rail drew each harness as a 32 px rounded square, so the column read as blocky tiles next to the composer's round pills. The tabs are now round: the same plain icons, with a round hover and selected wash. Search, the model list, More models and Add harnessā€¦ are unchanged.

Testing

  • test/model-picker-round-rail.test.ts (new, Chromium and WebKit): every rail tab's corner radius is at least half its size, and the selected harness keeps its wash. Committed before the fix. Not run locally (cosmic-gray load ~300 timed out Vite warm-up); CI's browser lane runs it.
  • bunx tsc --noEmit, vp fmt --check and vp lint clean.
