cmux NEXT: no focus ring on the daemon recovery status label
Every feat-cmux-next pull request fails web / react-apps-check at check:text-focus: #20765 made the not-connected screen's status label selectable (DaemonRecoveryControls.swift:98) without focusRingType = .none, which the rule requires for selectable AppKit labels. This adds that line.
Validation: python3 scripts/cmux-next/check-text-focus-rings.py passes locally on this head. The rest of react-apps-check is left to CI.
