Keep Bun agent updates on the selected installation
Bun agent updates could write to another global installation. cmux now binds the detected package and bin directories, preserves fork packages, and rejects unbound cached commands. Requested, automatic and prepared updates share validation.
#21469 has merged; the branch now carries only the Bun binding, merged with current feat-cmux-next at 5d21a8e7. Earlier, at 5341c141, formatting, Clippy, full test compilation and 57 macOS tests pass. Cosmic Gray’s existing Bun also passes isolated local-archive checks. Existing localization and workspace checks remain red. Windows and Brew bindings remain unsupported.
