Add sidebar preview and reasoning slider gallery foundation
Summary
Session sidebar rows can show the latest reply in an accessible hover/focus card when preview features are enabled. The card survives pointer handoff, supports Escape dismissal, and offers card, quiet, and outline variants in the existing component gallery and native Debug Settings.
The opt-in reasoning slider gains accent and minimal treatments in the gallery and Debug Settings. Existing base slider motion and interactive card semantics are preserved.

Summary by cubic
Adds hover/focus preview cards to session sidebar rows and a visual variant for the opt-in reasoning slider, both controllable from native Debug Settings.
- Session rows show the latest reply in a floating card on hover or keyboard focus when preview features are on, with card, quiet, and outline treatments; the card survives pointer handoff, dismisses on Escape, and does not change row geometry.
- The reasoning slider keeps its current accent treatment by default and gains an opt-in minimal outlined treatment; a user's
layout.sidebarPreviewVariantcan still override the sidebar variant, and?sidebarPreview=works for prototypes.
