Summary
Make the canonical cmux-next gallery useful for reviewing real UI patterns: the Composer uses the shipped component path, and the Orchestration Lab starts with work, location, blockers, and decisions. Shared cmux tokens, controls, and list behavior keep both entries consistent with the app.
- Add Review decision to jump directly to pending work. Show one question with its two choices; remove repeated approval facts, detail badges, nested cards, and preview subtitles. Status remains in the session list. Recorded choices clear the pending count and show one acknowledgement.
- Give the summary action explicit icon/label layout: measured 6px gap, 8px side padding, centered alignment. Running work has one plain update; blocked work names the blocker and responsible agent.
- Bound the session rail at 300px and align status badges to one trailing edge. Let three sample rows set the desktop panel height (252px instead of 410px); tighten context-to-question spacing from 29px to 21px. Preserve existing tokens, row heights, icon spacing, and narrow stacking. Compared private Codex and native Mac references; no private assets are included.
- Keep technical receipts behind the shared Popover/Disclosure inspector. Choices are local sample state and dispatch nothing.
- Preserve the shared Composer, session-sidebar, trust/dictation, motion-off, and pending-workspace improvements already on this branch.
- Synchronize generated ACPMUX protocol types with the feature base and preserve both Tooltip accessibility and hover-handoff behavior during integration.

Validation
- Reviewed head:
e6eee7268931acd73f0a98051b613a3035d7d5da, containing pinned feature base5106cc939a241756314e1d354d41169f2f0ea9b8. - Full web check passes on this correction: formatting, lint/types, browser/layer/token/focus rules, and protocol generation.
- 10 focused gallery-coverage and UI-rule tests pass on this correction. The earlier protocol/font/motion validation remains recorded at the integration baseline.
- Seven fresh captures/plays cover dark/light 860px, wide 1160px, blocked 520px, decision/jump, and narrow 360px with no overflow or page errors. Exact DOM assertions verify a 300px desktop rail, 252px desktop panel, 21px context-to-question gap, aligned badge edges, and unchanged 58/78/58px row heights. Keyboard selection, pending-count updates, inspector disclosure/Escape focus, and zero mutation requests pass.
- The jump variant permits bounded intentional detail reflow (CLS <=0.05), while overview/list anchors remain strict; popup and long-frame checks remain enabled.
- Two independent final visual reviews: PASS on exact committed dark/light/wide/narrow/decision/inspector captures and accessibility snapshots. Shared Tooltip integration review at the prior baseline passed.
- Sidebar test integration syntax was repaired without dropping either test set; syntax-only verification passes. No native compilation or application launch was performed locally.
- Hosted checks must run on the published head; previous-head statuses are not evidence for this revision.
The lab remains deterministic sample UI; runtime orchestration is outside this change. No merge is requested while exact-head checks are pending.
Native CI remains with its existing owners. This gallery-only fixup changes no native source; no native CI investigation, rerun, repair, or local build was performed for this iteration.
